Renewal of industrial designs

National Industrial designs shall be renewed every five years, and may last up to 25 years from the filing date, which is also a renewal due date.

Late renewal is normally available within six months grace period with surcharge.

Industrial designs registered through the Hague agreement application shall be renewed at WIPO.

Please send us e-mail for ordering payment of renewal of national industrial designs. We need sufficient information for identification of one or more industrial designs, but at least the owner of the design, registration number, number of designs to be renewed and the due date.
